Quick answers

Frequently asked questions

What happens during the onboarding process?

Your onboarding begins with a call with your Customer Success Manager. During the call, we'll learn about your business, review your current processes and tools, and identify what needs to be configured, imported, or recreated in Acrematic. Our team will then work through the applicable setup items and schedule a follow-up session to review your account.

How long does onboarding usually take?

The timeline depends on the amount of data, integrations, and customization your account requires. During your onboarding call, your Customer Success Manager will review your needs and provide a clearer implementation timeline.

What should I prepare before my onboarding call?

Please prepare any contacts, property records, pipelines, document templates, branding files, automations, email or SMS templates, and details about the tools you currently use. Don't worry if you don't have everything ready. Your Customer Success Manager will help you identify what is needed.

Can Acrematic import my existing contacts and properties?

Yes. Our team can help import your existing contacts and property records. Please provide the files in CSV or Excel format whenever possible. We'll review the information and confirm any formatting or field-mapping requirements before the import.

Can you recreate my existing pipelines and automations?

Yes. We can review your existing pipelines, stages, and automations and determine what can be recreated in Acrematic. Complex workflows or integrations may require additional review, testing, or development.

When can I start making calls and sending text messages?

You can begin making calls after a phone number has been added to your account and the necessary calling settings have been configured. Businesses sending text messages to US phone numbers must also complete A2P registration. Your SMS capability may be limited until the registration is approved.

What is A2P registration?

A2P registration verifies your business and its intended use of text messaging. It is required by US mobile carriers to help protect consumers and reduce spam. Approval times vary, and carriers may request additional information or corrections during the review.

Can I transfer my existing phone number to Acrematic?

In many cases, yes. Number transfers require verification and supporting documents from your current provider. Availability and processing time will depend on the number type and the provider currently holding it.

Can Acrematic connect with my other tools?

Acrematic supports a variety of integrations and can also connect with external applications through supported automation platforms and APIs. Share the tools you currently use during your onboarding call so our team can review the available options.

What should I do if I encounter a technical issue?

Submit a support ticket and include a clear description of the issue, the affected contact or record, the steps you took, and screenshots or a screen recording whenever possible. Providing specific examples will help our team investigate more quickly.
